Non Refundable Booking Fee:

All bookings made with XO Brow are subject to a non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total service fee. This fee is per booking and is non-negotiable.

Cancellation Requests:

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email or through our customer support channels.

Refund Eligibility:

The 25% non refundable booking fee is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.Any additional fees paid for our services, products, or packages may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with those services.Rescheduling:

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request based on availability and subject to the terms of the specific service or product.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice or if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will forfeit the entire booking fee, and any additional fees may also be non refundable.

Force Majeure:

XO Brow reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy in cases of unexpected circumstances or force majeure events that prevent customers from attending their appointments.
